Per 1.5 Liters (48 oz) of Clean Water

½ tsp Table Salt
¼ tsp NoSalt / KCl
¼ tsp Magnesium Citrate

tsp = teaspoon (5 ml) • KCl = potassium chloride

That's it. Dissolve in water. Sip all day.
