I am 51 years old. I am an American citizen with a Filipino heart and a Filipino home. I am a software architect with 40 years of delivering production systems that work and have stood the test of time.
In December 2025, I turned that same engineering mind on my own body. I stopped everything I was doing wrong, gave my body the basic chemistry it needed, and got out of the way. Three months later, I had lost 60 pounds, reversed every health problem I had, and looked 25 years younger.
I built this website to share what I learned. There is nothing for sale here. There is no product, no subscription, no brand deal, no affiliate link. There is just a man who found something that works and wants other people to know about it.
A Word of Honesty
I am not a doctor. I am not a nutritionist. I am a software architect and a human being who was falling apart and found something that worked. Everything I have described is my personal experience.
Bodies are different. Situations are different. If you have kidney disease, Type 1 diabetes, are pregnant, are underweight, or are on medications, do not do what I did without talking to a medical professional first.
But if you are like I was — overweight, overfed, inflamed, exhausted, watching your body break down and throwing money at a system that keeps you sick — then I am telling you from the other side: your body already knows how to fix this. You just have to let it.
