Per 1.5 Liters (48 oz) of Clean Water

1,000 mg Sodium
200 mg Potassium
60 mg Magnesium

½ teaspoon salt • ¼ teaspoon NoSalt (KCl) • ¼ teaspoon magnesium citrate

tsp = teaspoon (5 ml) • mg = milligram • KCl = potassium chloride

Dissolve in water. Sip all day. That's it.

How to Use It

This formula works best with fasting. Not crash dieting — real fasting.

Drink the water all day. Eat every 2–3 days. When you eat, eat big — pure protein and vegetables. No sugar, no processed food, no bread, no rice. Then go back to the water. Your body will do the rest.

If you're new to fasting: Start slow. Try skipping one meal. Then skip a full day. Then two days. Let your body adjust. Listen to it. If you feel dizzy or weak, eat something — and drink more of the water. The minerals are what keep you safe.

The Oil

Most people cook with whatever oil is cheapest. That oil is slowly killing them. Here’s why.

Every oil has a smoke point — the temperature where it starts to break down. Past that point, the oil stops being food and starts becoming poison. Literally. It releases toxic compounds that damage your cells, your DNA, and your organs.

A 2018 Australian study found EVOO produced the fewest toxic compounds of all oils tested — even at high heat. Avocado oil’s 520°F smoke point means it almost never reaches the danger zone in a home kitchen.

My rule is simple: use no oil when you can. When you need it, pick the cleanest option.

The cheap oils in your cabinet — vegetable oil, canola, corn oil — are industrially processed, omega-6 heavy, and they break down into the exact compounds listed above every time you cook with them. Throw them out.

The Rules

The Food (Every 2–3 Days)

When my body tells me it is time to eat — and you learn to listen — I eat one meal. Clean food that my body can actually use as building material, not just empty calories to burn and store.

Thighs or breast — grilled or pan-seared in avocado oil. Locally sourced. Complete protein, easy to digest, high in B vitamins.

Eggs
Whole eggs, any style. One of the most complete foods on earth — protein, choline, B12, selenium. Cook in avocado oil or eat boiled.

Beef — Korean Style
Bulgogi (thinly sliced, marinated, grilled) or galbi (short ribs). ~35g protein per serving. Rich in iron, zinc, B12. Grilled — no oil needed. Sesame oil for finishing only.

Pork
Tenderloin or chops — lean cuts, grilled or roasted. High in thiamine (B1), essential for energy metabolism and nerve function.

Fish
Salmon, tuna, tilapia, or whatever is local. Omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein. Pan-sear in avocado oil or grill.

Vegetables
Fresh, locally grown. Leafy greens, broccoli, peppers, onions, garlic. Roast in avocado oil or eat raw. Your gut needs the fiber.

Notice the pattern: grill when you can (no oil), avocado oil when you need heat, EVOO for finishing and dressing. That’s it.
